Service Description

We closely work with our clients to monitor and evaluate projects to understand their impact at the ground level. Our M&E approach actively involves stakeholders and communities. By integrating social science research with technology, we design monitoring systems that capture real-life experiences and innovations. This helps us learn, adapt, and make interventions more effective and sustainable. Our goal is to support development leaders with appropriate evidence-backed insights for improved programing and storytelling. Our offerings include the following: M&E Framework and Theory of Change- We help clients assess their Theory of Change and improve program management with M&E systems, identifying effective intervention and pathways for better outcomes. Data collection (paper-based, digital, CAPI, phone-based surveys)- Leveraging partners across India and the Global South we support organizations with meaningful data collection (digital and non-digital). Quasi-experimental evaluations- We support our clients conduct independent quasi-experimental evaluations that are cost-effective and purpose driven. They provide valuable insights into program effectiveness and impact in real-world settings. Network assessments- Organizations understand the relationships and connections between different stakeholders, identifying key influencers and channels. Outcomes measurement- We partner with our clients to map and measure their outcomes. Our niche is to help organizations understand improvements in children's foundational learning, change in stakeholder knowledge, attitude, practices, and behaviors, and enhanced equitable and inclusive participation of marginalized sections of society.
